8- 12 Hours workability Our Quick Mortar and Plaster Mix range is designed with the finest washed plaster sand and Additives to achieve consistent workable and strength characteristics and with added polypropylene microfibres to prevent drying shrinkage cracks in harsh ambient conditions.
Our QUICK - Mortar and Plaster range is retarded for up to 8 - 12 hours, ensuring a workable product for the day’s mortar or plasterwork to be done without adding water to the mix. Little mixing is required if covered with plastic or kept in our enclosed mortar bin available on request.

Polypropylene Fiber is added to Plaster Mixes to prevent plastic shrinkage cracking in harsh weather conditions. It is still advisable to cure plaster by wetting and covering in harsh ambient weather conditions.

Concrete is discharged straight from the vehicle's chute into 1m3 Flow bins that we can supply for the duruation of the project. Mortar and Plaster Mixes can also be discharged on a Plastic PVC sheet, big enough to fold close to prevent rapid evaporation of moisture. It is advisable to create a container, plastic sheet or area that wil prevent the Quick Plaster or Mortar to be contaminated with other material and stones.
The 1m3 flow bin containers available on request works extremely well. 1m3 flow bin can cover 40m2 of plastering and we can deliver as many containers as is needed and spread over the construction site where the Mortar or plaster will be applied.
