Workability : 120mm Slump 10 - 45 Mpa Pump Mix concrete Workability: 120mm Slump Our concrete pump Mixes is designed to have higher workability and to achieve a more flowable concrete paste that can easily be transported and placed using a concrete boom or stationary pumps that can be pumped over long distances.
The cementitious ratio is proportioned 70/30 ( 70% Cement and 30% Cement Extender) and a choice between 13mm or 19mm Dolomite Stone can be used as the coarse aggregate depending on the need or application. Fly Ash is used as an extender and offers great benefits to the density (durability) and workability of the fresh concrete.

Our concrete pump mix product range is designed and manufactured in accordance with the South African Bureau of Standards (SABS) and National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC)to perform optimally for general and a wide variety of in situ concrete applications in the residential, commercial and civil construction industry.
To ensure optimal performance, strength, durability and workability all concrete mixes is designed according to SANS 878 specifications and overseen by an independent laboratory where trial mixes are designed according to SANS 5861-1:2006, concrete is sampled and tested according to SANS 5861-2.
Our concrete ensures a highly workable, cohesive fresh concrete paste without compromising on strength and durability.

Concrete is discharged from the vehicle's chute into the loading hopper of a Boom Pump or stationary pump whereby the concrete is pumped over long distances or hard to reach placement areas. Concrete boom pump varies in lengths ranging from 24meters up to 48meters. With Stationary or static pumps pipelines can be built to any length based on the requirements of the site. Normally 30meters of the pipeline is included in the stationary pump's establishment fee where on request additional pipes can be added and invoiced accordingly.

Please remember that it is always wise to measure on-site as well and not just calculating based on plan drawings. Excavations, trench depths, and surface-level can influence the actual volumes required.
Discharge Method:
Our Concrete Pump Mix range is designed to have a minimum slump (Flowability) of 120mm. We can increase the slump according to your needs and deliver a more workable or flowable mix if the application requires it.
