High Performance Concrete
We deliver a range of high performance specialised concrete products where the performance, uniformity and durability can not always be obtained by using conventional ingredients, mixing procedures , placing and curing practices./p>
High performance concrete
High-performance concrete (HPC) exceeds the properties and constructability of normal concrete. Only specific materials are used to make this specially designed concrete that must meet a combination of performance requirements. Special mixing, placing, and curing practices may be needed to produce and handle high-performance concrete. Extensive performance tests are usually required to demonstrate compliance with specific project needs.
High strength concrete 50 - 70 Mpa

Concrete Products designed to achieve strength significantly beyond what is used in conventional concrete. We design these mixes according to your specifications, placing method, desired fresh properties and for the specific application's requirements. To achieve these strengths the correct proportions of constituents is determined and special admixtures are used to achieve the desired fresh and hardened properties.
Rapid Set or High Early Strength Concrete

- Criteria other than strength influencing the design:
- - Durability
- Early stiffening
- Autogenous Shrinkage
- Drying Shrinkage
- Temperature rise
- and other properties
High Early strength concrete achieves its specified strength at an earlier age than conventional concrete. The period in which a specified strength should be achieved may range from a few hours or to several days. High Early Strength concrete is used for prestressed, post stressed concrete to allow for early stressing. Fast track concrete applications are also used for rapid production, reduce traffic downtime, fast track paving, cold weather concrete, and several other uses.
Self Consolidating / Self levelling(SCC) Concrete Mpa

- Three essential requirements :
- Flowing ability
- Ability to pass between closely   spaced reinforcement
- Resistance to segregation
Self-consolidating concrete (SCC) is a mix that expels entrapped air without vibration and that travels around obstacles, such as reinforcement, to fill space within the formwork and overcomes poor accessibility near prestressing tendons and anchorages.
Impermeable or Waterproof Concrete

- Main Uses:
- - Prevents moisture/ water ingress
- Prevents reinforcement corrosion
- Prevents Chemical attack
- Increased durability
Waterproof concrete is an impermeable concrete used for long-lasting, durable watertight construction. To improve the impermeability of the concrete, water-resisting admixtures can be added. Nevertheless, the design and construction of a watertight concrete structure is a system approach, and waterproof concrete is only one element of it. Water impermeability is determined by fulfilling requirements to limit water permeability through the concrete itself, the joints, installation parts, and cracks.
Abrasion resistant concrete caused by friction

- Special uses:
- - Factory / Warehouse floors
- Bridges
- Loading docks with heavy laden traffic
Concrete specifically designed to prevent surface wear over time. Apart from designing concrete to be abrasion-resistant methods of construction such as placing, finishing and curing have a major impact as well.
